Manifesto
On Wednesday July 1st, 2020 I found myself

complaining, complaining, complaining
about the same stuff at work.

"Oh they took credit for my work again"
"Don't worry he's an asshole like that, don't take it as disrespect"
"Oh he wasn't yelling, that's just how they talk"
"They won't let me speak in my own meeting"
"can you take notes"
"She didn't do her job right, we all did it extremely well"
"I did the work, just beautify it"
...

You know.. The usual bullying, I can normally sweep under the rug. This Wednesday I couldn't.

I messaged one of the guys.

"I see what you're doing. Stop it, or I will"

But I've been thinking.
Do I really see what they're doing?
Do they even see what they're doing?
We've never talked about it openly?
Do we even all agree this is an issue?
How many other issues are there?
What if there are others?

So I think now, it's time to talk about the stuff that we've been sweeping under the rug for years.
Whether it's about women equality or the Black Lives Matter movement, or any other area where us humans need to be better than this, more human than this.
I want to use this website as a platform to find the right answers together and we start by talking about them.
Move them from under the rug, to the table.

Without filters, but without anger.

let the Real Talk begin.
